One standings table for an edition (spec §6) — the `/standings/{table}` envelope, uniform across the `MatchRecord` and `PointsRank` kinds. `slug` echoes the registered table id (`"league"` | `"drivers"` | `"constructors"` — [`crate::stats::standings::standings`]).
