Terms of Service

StatsHawk provides sports statistics and analysis through a web dashboard, a REST API, and an MCP server usable from AI assistants. Features, endpoints, and data coverage evolve; we may change or discontinue parts of the service, and will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect paid functionality.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials and API keys secret, and for all usage under them. Revoke any key you believe is compromised — new keys can be created from the dashboard at any time.

You agree not to:

• circumvent plan limits, metering, or authentication
• resell, sublicense, or bulk-redistribute the data as a competing dataset
• probe, disrupt, or overload the service beyond documented rate limits
• use the service in violation of applicable law

Paid plans are billed by subscription through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of weighted units; when a free account reaches its cap, requests stop, and when a paid account reaches its cap, analysis endpoints pause until the next period. There is no metered overage billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; upgrades take effect immediately.

Statistics, projections, matchup analysis, and player-prop context are provided for informational purposes only. They are not betting, financial, or professional advice, and we make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any statistic or analysis. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep it fast and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeHawk AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users; where practical we will warn you first.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
