StandingsCapability

One standings table the registry advertises for a competition's sport (`crate::stats::standings::standings`) — additive discovery alongside `phases`, so a client can learn "does this sport have a drivers' championship" (or "is `league` the right slug here") without probing `/standings/{table}` and getting a 404. `kind` mirrors the tag a `StandingsTable` response carries for this slug.
